sudo vi /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg ---> enable other services/hosts
Verifying Nagios Config
sudo vi /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg
STEPS in Editing switch config
1. sudo vi /usr/local/nagios/etc/objects/switch.cfg
2. sudo /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg
3. sudo service nagios restart
Restart Nagios Service
sudo service nagios restart
(uptime)

use generic-service
host_name BLA
services_description Uptime
check_command check_snmp!-C public -o sysUpTime.0
}
