I understand that this is an old post, however giving the user POWER USER capability is not a good solution as you will be granting the user much more power than needed to accomplish the task. For those wondering, this is attributed to the user not being granted the proper privileges in Dynamics to integrate AR Batches. After reviewing the Account Manager Security Role (which works as well), I was able to determine that the user needed admin access to the following tasks: Admin_Sales_001, Admin_Sales_002,Admin_Sales_003,Admin_Sales_004 {This is likely the one that was needed as this allows the user to setup invoicing}.
ReplyDeleteWhat you could do is copy the current AR Clerk, and add these 4 items, which would allow them to integrate, without allowing access to the entire program.
