Disable EOA (Ease of Access) on the logon screen - Windows 2008
A client connecting to my Windows Terminal Server (2008 R2) somehow managed to activate the EOA button.
After reading a million forums - I finally decided to do the following:
Took ownership on the file: c:\windows\system32\utilman.exe
Renaming the file to utilman999.exe
Now the user don't have access to that file and it CAN'T be called up.
How annoying............

Terminal Server 2008 - Corrupt TS License Database
The terminal server license database is hold in
c:\windows\system32\lserver\
I fixed my corrupt database by stopping the licensing server, renaming lserver to lserver_old - doing a restart
Starting the terminal server licensing service - it will fail.
Then rename the lserver_old back to lserver and starting the licensing server again.
